Facility Managers Bill & Vivian Piper | Raleigh First Church of the Nazarene




	Vivian is from Deland, Fl, and Bill is from Lake Wales, Fl. They met at Warner Southern Bible College in 1974, and married in 1975. They have two children Monica Ragan (her husband Scott, daughter Rylee, and son Ezekiel) and Billy Piper (his sons William and Michael), all of whom attend RFN. Except for brief periods of great financial need, Vivian was a stay at home mom, with the desire to stay close by so as to guide the children through the inesvitable and unending crises of adolescence.

Bill had his own heavy equipment and excavating business for 24 years before a career switch in 1998. Since then he has worked as the Director of Facilities at colleges and universities, including Trevecca Nazarene University.

	"God did a great work in us by providing us both with good, solid Christian parents", the Pipers note. "When we were weak, they encouraged us. When we wandered, they guided us. And when we fell, they pointed us to the One who could restore us. "Great is Thy Faithfulness, oh God, our Redeemer."
