We are excited about the Centennial Celebration
coming up NEXT SUNDAY! Can you believe it is finally here?! Our service will be at 10:00 a.m. at Meymandi Concert Hall in the Progress Energy Center in Downtown Raleigh.
You will find a map with directions in your bulletin today.
Do not miss this once-in-a-lifetime celebration!
Childcare will be provided for babies, toddlers and preschoolers by SLC during our 100th Anniversary Celebration service . Please label all diaper bags, pacifiers, sippy cups, bottles and caps, as well as prepare all bottles BEFORE arriving.
Wednesday Night Meal
Barbecue Chopped Chicken, Corn on the Cob, Beverage
and Dessert. Cost $4. Please let us know how many will by
attending by signing up on the back of your connect card.
Please note: In order for everyone to get to their Wednesday evening activities on time, the tables must be put away promptly at 6:15 p.m. after the Wednesday night meal so plan accordingly. If you would like to volunteer to help with setting up/tearing down tables for Wednesday meal, please see Joan Byrd.

CD’s are available of Pastor Brian’s recent Sunday morning “How Sweet
the Sound” series on God’s amazing grace. The cost for the 7-CD series is $18.
We have also recorded the Wednesday night Hot Topic discussions.
This is also a 7-CD series and will be available for $18.

Baby Dedications - September
We had two precious baby dedications in the month of
September:
September 7 - Victoria Lane McCabe,
daughter of Tiffany and Richard McCabe.
September 21 - Carter James Firebaugh,
son of Jamie and Aaron Firebaugh.
Please pray for these young families as they endeavor to raise their children
in the nurture and admonition of the Lord.
Thank you so much for the Peace Lily that you sent to the Hospital for Danny. The Lord saw to take him away to be with Him much earlier than anyone expected. The Church Family has been so good to me during my time of loss.
